I swim to the surface.
Hand extended.
Fluorescent glow on my skin.
The sun rays marking the waves.
I take a deep breath
As I watch the clouds waltz away.

Disappear.

The smell of the wind
kissing the threes
Feels right,
But the scar
is just too deep.
Bruised and battered,
Dazed and shattered.
Letting tears run
Wisihing they would
make this all

White Rose

A broken heart I see
and its not mine.

A woman sitting with no posture
Remembers with crying eyes
Memories that should be forgotten.
Three roses on her hands
Red,
Pink and
White.

Every time she holds them tighter
Until she finally lets go.

From the floor she only picks the white rose.
The only memory worth keeping.
